Every car my very in modifications and Configuration. What I have listed below is a step by step instructional of how I installed my new radiator! Please feel free to use the information in any way you please.

Battery

Step 3a:

Here is a close up of my battery. Make sure you take off the Negative first then the Positive side of the battery, then take off the battery hold down and take out the battery.

Tray

    Step 4:

After you take off the battery, there will be 3 bolts holding the tray down. Here is a picture of the bolt in the tray. Use a 10mm socket to loosen it.

Tray Bolt

    Step 4a:

There are bolts on the corners of the tray that need to be unbolted also.

AC Condenser

Step 5:

I unbolted the A/C condensor out of the intercooler duct and took out the duct at the same time.

Fans

Step 6:

Here is a picture of the intercooler duct and intercooler out. You can clearly see the fans now.

Radiator Drain

    Step 7:

It is now a good time to drain the fluids (coolant) out of the stock radiator. You can use a phillips screwdriver to unscrew the drain plug underneath the radiator. You will need to jack up the car to gain access to it. Please save the enviroment and use a bucket or pan to catch the used fluids.

Radiator Mount

    Step 8:

There are two 10mm bolts that are holding the radiator in place. I unbolted it with one on the driver side corner near the front fender and the other one on the passenger side front fender.

Molex

Step 9:

There are 2 molexes that need to be unpluged. They control the electrical fans. You need to disconnect them so you can pull the radiator and fans out together.
